Frequently asked

How long does provisioning take?
It starts automatically once payment clears and usually finishes within a few minutes. The root password arrives by email and the server details show up in your panel.
Do you offer Windows servers?
Not yet — Linux distributions only. We will add Windows once licensing is sorted out.
Are backups included?
Automatic backups are not part of the plan right now. We recommend keeping your own copies.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact support and we will shut the server down and raise its resources; your IP and data stay as they are.
